User Group Board
Individuals from different member companies serve as Chairperson and Directors of the User Group Board. This is a part-time volunteer effort in addition to their regular job.
The responsibility is to represent the User Group and to discuss on a strategic level with SAP as one User Group.
User Group Members
User Group Members are the basis of the User Group. Currently, there is no membership fee to join. However, in the future, companies may pay membership fees and get access to the information and SIGs of the User Group. This membership fee will be decided later by the User Group Board.
Note: There is presently no membership fee put in place for existing members and interested members.
User Group Back Office
Members of the Back Office are part-time resources of the User Group, providing the service on a voluntary basis.
The task of the Back Office is to be the first contact for the members, be an interface between members and the User Group Board, and an interface towards SAP on an operational level.
Special Interest Groups (SIGs)
The User Groups can build various SIGs for different topics which are of interest to the User Group members.
SIGs are led by one member of the User Group and one employee of SAP. SIGs typically receive administrative and logistical support from the Back Office.
